Past performance and personnel experience
Corporate past performance
Corporate past performance is claimed only for contracts actually performed by IEP ALLY APP LLC. Where the company does not yet hold qualifying corporate past performance for a requirement, we state that plainly in our response rather than presenting individual experience as company performance.
Personnel experience
Our personnel bring professional experience in cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise technology support, software engineering, and education technology. This experience is attributed to individuals, not to the company, and resumes with key-personnel detail are provided in response to specific solicitations.
Prime, subcontract, and teaming
As prime
We bid as prime where the full scope, period of performance, and staffing can be met by our current capacity. Solo bids are limited to right-sized professional services and defined delivery increments.
As subcontractor
We support primes on discrete technical workstreams — security assessment, cloud advisory, application engineering, accessibility, documentation, and training — including participation in small-business subcontracting plans.
Teaming
For larger or multi-discipline requirements we team rather than overstate capacity. We are available for teaming agreements, technical proposal input, and joint capability discussions ahead of a solicitation.
Bid decisions are made per solicitation. Nothing on this page constitutes a representation of contract award, set-aside eligibility, or agency endorsement.
